Marvel Zombies

Hello my fellow marvelers! I’m axat and I just binged Marvel Zombies, the latest cartoon in the Infinite MCU. Spoiler alert - there is an Infinity HULK at the centre, and the zombies win! Don’t worry, it’s just a setup for a second season.

But first things first - the watchlists of our little family of three cons-humans has zapped the Jio Disney Hotstar advertising algorithm so much that it just showed me adverts of Gillette Venus and Swiss Beauty, which is kind of the opposite demographic of an animated limited series about a zombie apocalypse in a superhero multiverse populated by all the franchise Characters they could get the original actors to voice. And if you think that sentence was complicated, just watch the 4 episodes back to back and chillax, because it’s quite straight forward. I like that they ended the show with the zombies winning. In alsmot all zombie content, humans defeat zombies. EVERY SINGLE TIME. No exceptions, even in the 28 days or weeks or months or years timelines. Tell me one show or movie in which the zombies won. No, I’m not being sarcastic, I really want to know. I’ve watched most popular zombie crazies but I’m sure you, my dear watcher, know the one in which zombies win and there are ZERO humans left. I’ll be watching, I’ll be waiting, in the comments, all my life. In the shadows was the one hit of Rasmus, was it? Speaking of shadows, I also loved what we do in the shadows for the entire run. So, in summary, watch marvel zombies if you want, who am I to tell you what to do? Oh, also, I wore my tried and tested Marvel OG Avengers t shirt to see which characters do NOT appear in Marvel Zombies, and it turns out that apart from Iron Man and Black Panther, all the original Avengers

are there, but obviously not all of them are voiced by their actors - that would be too expensive even for Marvel haha! Axat the marveler, out!

Quotes

I don't think of the past. The only thing that matters is the everlasting present. W. Somerset Maugham Ralph Waldo Emerson - "To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment."

A Cascade of Conversations.

It is a convenience to not have to type a datestamp, so I waste a line on it. The conversation I had with Mr. Malik was hurried; if its depth were to be mapped by sonar, it would be very irregular. The air time was pretty evenly divided, I think, although I know my egotistical thought process gives me way more credit than I'm due for. Still, no, wait, not still, I also committed a grave error of leaving out a person from my life history, despite saying in the same conversation, at a different point of time, words to the effect that a nurtured grievance tends to intensify negatively over time. I hope I have not slipped up too badly. Mahak pressed the red button when I called right now. With Mum, I knew in my heart she knew I was going to be serious about Mahak. Hence, at an opportunistic moment was exploited to full advantage, meaning no negativity whatsoever, and Mum accepted the news with good humor; I think her apprehensions are going to wait till December. Now, I have two things...

Money

By Pink Floyd Excellent song. The lyrics pertain to (most probably) the group's experience itself. As such, it is funny and humorous, poking fun at the system of media barons and "chart" economics.  I relate to it even more these days, when all I need is money. I am at peace, content, moksha-esque, even - but I do need money for subsistence. Which reminds me , how do I monetize my writings? Time to fire up the Vaio.
